What is your shipping method?

Each item is professionally packed and shipped within 1-2 days with tracking provided via USPS Priority Mail.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive on time?

Check your confirmation email for the tracking number. If tracking doesn’t work, send us an email and would be glad to help solve this problem.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged.

Take a deep breath, relax and send us an email and we will work to make you happy.

I would like to return my order:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Must be received by us in the same condition as when you received it. There is a 15% restocking fee and the buyer pays the return shipping fee.

Is it safe to put my credit card number in your website? 

We don’t store your credit card information. It is handled by our processor. PayPal is always welcome too.
